Legacy Holdings is a family-owned investment company that acquires and provides growth capital to small businesses. We focus on companies in real estate, B2B, and professional services, industries we view as having an out-sized role in the quality of life in local communities.
As an investor operator, we acquire majority and 100% ownership stakes from existing owners looking to re-capitalize, divest or exit their businesses.
